3D Issue is sold as a company license.  Each solution on our website is sold with 1 company license only. The software is made up of two parts. The conversion tool and the flash magazine template. The template is branded to your company.

You can use this software to create digital editions of any past, present or future issue of any publication owned by that company.

If you wish to provide this technology as a service to your clients then you will need to purchase an additional template per client company.

Should another of your clients wish to have you create digital editions for them, you would contact us and purchase an additional template. Once you purchase a template for Company B it will be integrated into your current software and this will allow you to generate digital editions of any past present or future issue of any publication owned by that company B. The cost of the template depends on the level of interactivity the client wants. This template will be configured to include their logos . They are again lifetime licenses to that client and can be used on all of that clients publications.

The cost of the templates are as follows:

Lite template:   $199
Professional & Enterprise template: $599

We are then permitted to use the work to promote and market our company. It is my understanding that we would be able to do this under your single user license agreement. Am I interpreting that correctly??
