My FlV video is not playing on the server?

Normally the reason for this mainly results from the following two causes:

  1. FLV video files simply cannot be loaded due to the lack of the proper MIME type configuration on the server.
  2. The updated server or the more restrictive network filtering blocks the FLV video files.

Flash video is a relatively new format and some servers would have been active before FLV was released. If this was the case then the server will have to active the correct MIME for this. Please consult with your webmaster to ensure that the MIME is active on your server control panel.
