Each solution of 3D Issue  (Lite, Professional and Enterprise) has a Gold or Standard option. Customers opting for the Gold package are entitled to 12 months of upgrade protection. So upgrades free for 12 months after purchasing (which would usually consist of 3-4 upgrades) then after the 12 months is up these Gold customers can choose to renew their Gold protection for another year. This renewal is of course optional. The annual renewal fees after the first year are:

1. 3D Issue Lite $99

2. 3D Issue Professional $399

3. 3D Issue Enterprise  $500
