When you run the software you should see the following screen:



Choose "I Have a Serial Number and I want to activate 3D Issue Manager v3.3". From here you can activate your product.


Very important, since 3D Issue Manager licence connect to a web server, it's very important that your computer firewall allows access to it. In cases where that's not possible, you can always select the option "Activate the product by e-mail", and once we received your email we will send you an unlock key so you can take advantage of the full software (a serial number it's always needed).
