You embed my logos but can I also put my logo in place of 3D Issue logo on the bottom?

Unfortunately we are unable to remove this logo. The logo is a link only to our copyright statement and is required by law to be present in order to state our intention to protect our copyright  and intellectual property rights. Should this flash magazine be released without an obvious copyright statement, and subsequently the copyright of that product be violated then we would have no legal recourse to protect our copyright.  Therefore it must remain as a legal requirement.

document As with all work we create for any client under our terms of contract we retain all the rights to the works in this agreement with the client. We are then permitted to use the work to promote and market our company. It is my understanding that we would be able to do this under your single user license agreement.
