Problem:

I have downloaded your trial product on my i7 MAC 10.6.8 OS. The first download resulted in an error code 4960. Downloaded it again. Same error. Unable to open your trial application. Any suggestions?

 

Cause:

The Firewall on the network or router is prohibiting the successful installation of the software. Temporarily turn off the firewall to install the software.
