This is because you’re using the Trial version of the software. The HTML5 publication used for iPad and other tablet devices is locked to the trials.3dissue.com domain.

In order to view these files you will need to upload the publication using the built-in FTP. Once you do this you will then be able to access the content on the iPad.

This will no longer be an issue if you purchase the software. You would be able to register your domain ie. www.-your-company-name.com with the software. This would enable content to be viewable on all devices.
