We publish a monthly mag and one-off brochures 3 to 4 times a year, would one license cover this?

Yes, there is no problem here.  As long as both publications are wholly owned by your company.  Remember the license is sold per computer now, so if you have a few one off publications we don't mind you using one license.

document As with all work we create for any client under our terms of contract we retain all the rights to the works in this agreement with the client. We are then permitted to use the work to promote and market our company. It is my understanding that we would be able to do this under your single user license agreement. Am I interpreting that correctly??
