During the actual conversion you were prompted to select a location and name for the project folder.  All files in the process are exported to this folder, even the additional multimedia files you add after.  So when you exit the converter tool your folder is ready to go.

Through your FTP Manager (website manager program) click and drag the project folder into your site...and that's it!!

Alternatively if you have somebody else looking after your website, simply send them this folder.
